"At the end of this year's wrestling season, I knew I wanted to get stronger and possibly move up in weight classes. So, I asked Josh to help me get there. In six weeks, I went from squatting 225 lbs for one rep to doing it for twelve reps. I've added 20 lbs to my bench press and over 50 lbs to my deadlift. Not only have I gained weight, but I will definitely be wrestling in a heavier weight class this year. I plan to get into the '1,000 lbs club' by the end of my next year."
